1) All Products are inspected before dispatch. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a  7-day exchange on our products. Please notify us on customerservice@aucarauto.com within 24 hours of receipt of products if you intend to exchange your purchases. 2a) For Exchange: Return shipping, Handling and re-shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Once the returned product is checked, the remaining amount after deducting re-stocking fees and bank processing charges, if any, will be credited to the customer's wallet on aucarauto.com. This balance can be utilized to make a purchase. 2b) For Warranty claims: Customer to arrange for return shipping of the products after we have been notified via customerservice@aucarauto.com.
